J.E. Marble Precision Deburring, founded in 1953, is now a second-generation, woman-owned enterprise.

Our expertise is the removal of burrs from machined pieces (visual to 30x) on all components for defense, aeronautical, aerospace, medical, electronics, communications, radar, sonar, and a variety of other fields.

Our process helps our clients save thousands on production expenses. Rather than compensating a highly skilled machinist to do such work, our staff can do it for you at a lower cost. And, untrained staff have the most difficulty deburring the constricted inner passages of a machined part and may very well ruin it, wasting both material and time. We only remove the burr and do not touch any base material that may change dimensions of the piece. We can also alert you to quality control issues that may cause your machined pieces to fall out of specifications when finished.

Our process does not use any chemicals, sandblasting, tumbling, etc. which may result in rounded edges, rolled and embedded material and a radius or edge break that is undesirable. The process works excellently on copper, aluminum, plastics, brass, stainless, and a variety of other alloys.
